A neighbourhood within the suburb of Minto about 3.5 km SW by W of Ingleburn and about 5 km N by E of Campbelltown Railway Station. Boundaries within the Campbelltown Council area shown on map GNB4174.
Origin
The suburb takes the name from St Andrews Farm which was situated on Bunbery Curran Creek and owned by Andrew Thompson.The farm was visited in 1810 by Gov Macquarie on his first visit to the district.(Suggested Names for SuburbsNeighbourhoodsLocalities Campbelltown City Council 1973)
