Hidden Gully (GULLY), NSW Details
History
The name was proposed by G L and C L Ross in response to the Mangrove Mountain Bicentennial Naming Project. (Ross C of Mangrove Mountain naming proposal form dated 18 February 1999)
Description
A gully beginning 3.5 km NE of Mount Baxter and 8.3 km NW of the Mangrove Mountain Post Office. It is 1.0 km in length and flows in a south-easterly direction into Mangrove Creek.
Origin
This gully is very hard to reach and hidden behind the mountains. It is only accessible for the most part by clambering over the rock-strewn stream bed. ( Ross C L naming proposal form 18 February 1999)
