History
Lever Gully homestead is on the gully in the Parish of Trinkey at STMR Colly Blue 997-148.
Description
A non perennial stream rising on the northern slopes of Mount Tamarang. It flows generally north and north east for about 16 km its course becoming indefinite about 8 km west of Coolanbilla Mountain.

Origin
In the 1860s a Mr.Lever dug a well on the gully. This well was remarkable for its size of 8 feet by 8 feet and for its timbering with round timbers. This gully was named after Lever. (Quirindi District Historical Society Member.)
