History
Prior to Christmas 1846 the Tulgigin people murdered two cedar getters called Hughes and Collins there. (Richmond Tweed Regional Lib) Originally known as Kierrim Kirrin or the place of many wallabies.
Description
A watercourse connecting the Rous River with the Tweed River. It extends from the Tweed River just east of Murwillumbah in a generally northern direction for about 4 km to the Rous River.
