Leo Robert (Sandy) Brennan was a well respected local resident who served in the Royal Australian Navy for twenty seven years. Upon his retirement he continued to support this service by establishing the first Naval Cadet Unit in Penrith. Mr Brennan was very active in Junior sport in the area. [Penrith City Council].
