Description
A ridge about 3 km long. It lies between Snowy River and Spencers Creek and extends from Mount Gutherie to 1500 metres of The Paralyser.
Origin
Named by Richard Helm in 1893 after my friend F.B. Guthrie Professor of Chemistry (Source: Kosciusko: The Mountain in History Andrews 1991)
