Everson Island (ISLET), NSW Details
Description
An islet in the north arm of the Clarence River approx 100 metres long it is situated approx 100 metres north of Bolorobo Island and to the north west of Arris Island.
Origin
Named in honour of William George Everson [28/03/1851-09/11/1935] A pioneer of the district who spent most of his life in the area and helped establish sugar cane farming along the Clarence River.
