Description
A reserve comprising Part Lot 7013 DP752064 of approx. 2.5 ha accessed off Bates Drive in the suburb of Kirrawee. Contains two soccer fields and the Sutherland Shire Junior Soccer Administration Centre. Not including that part of the reserve containing the Kareela Oval.
Origin
Named after the late Harrie Dening OAM (14.1.1924 - 1.10.2000) who fostered soccer at all levels in the Sutherland Shire. President of the Association for 26 years Harrie was instrumental in the evolution of soccer in the Shire. Received OAM for service to Soccer.
