A reserve in Centenary Avenue Tarcutta. Located opposite Tarcutta Public School and 350 metres east of Breaden Sports Ground.

Origin

Named after the late Mrs Janet Catherine Osborne known as Paddy who came to live in Tarcutta in 1953. Mrs Osborne was a leader in the work done to landscape and maintain the reserve.
