a reserve at Doonside bounded by Eastern Creek in the west Knox Road in the east Power Street to the North and the Great Western Railway in the south. Reserve 204.
Origin
Nurragingy (Creek-Jimmy) was an Aboriginal guide who helped Governor Macquarie in 1816 when he sent the 46th Regiment from Sydney on a punitive expedition against the Mountain Tribes. He was later granted 30 acres.
