History

Formerly part of Yessabah Carrai and Mount Boss State Forests. The proposed Camerons Camp Flora Reserve is now part of this reserve. (GNB3284)

Description

A national park of about 9620 ha proclaimed on 4 April 1996 in Gov Gaz No 45 folio 1656-7. It is located about 50km west of Kempsey and 12km SSW of Willi Willi (loc). It is bounded on the north by Mccoys Creek Pors 50 and 61 Parish of Panton Por 6 Parish of Willi Willi Por 105 Parish of Warbro on the NE by the Parrabel Creek on the west by Oxley Wild Rivers National Park and Werrikime National Park. It extends south to the Mount Boss State Forest bounded in part by the Wilson River and east to Yessabah State Forest. ( This is a simple outline of the park.
