Description
A reserve 2.68 hectares comprising Lot 175 DP 1123782 located off Coaster Circuit in the suburb of Vincentia.
Origin
Before Canberra was chosen as the Australian Capital City in 1911 it was envisaged that Vincentia become a port city named Pacific City to facilitate and service the new Capital. Roads were designed which are still on record today incorporating a grid system commonly used in that era of Australian history.
