A prominence about 19 miles ESE of Bourke. It is surmounted by Moira Trigonometrical Station.

Origin

Captain Sturt saw the mountain rising and named it Oxleys Tableland after Surveyor-General John Oxley. (Vol.Ix. The history of Bourke).
