History
Wiradhuri and Ngiyambaa Aborigines knew it as Galiyarr. (Appleton; 1992).
Description
A watercourse about 1500 km long (Australian Encyclopedia). It rises at its junction with Hannans Creek and Mutmutbilly Creek about 25 km W of the City of Goulburn. It flows generally NW by NWSW passing through the towns of CowraForbesCondobolin into the Murrumbidgee River at Great Cumbungi Swamp.
