Description
A non-perennial watercourse approx 1 km long rising 170m E of the intersection of Elizabeth Street and Seacourt Avenue in the suburb of Dudley. Flowing generally E into the Tasman Sea.
Origin
Named after the Cross family who in 1871 owned the land through which the creek flows. The creek watered a vegetable garden and fruit trees established by the Cross family. Source: Lake Macquarie Council
