Description
A watercourse about 5 km draining from Lake Victoria about 2 km N of Lake Victoria State Forest it flows W then SW by S to flow into the Murray River about 8 km E of Devils Elbow.
Origin
Said to have been named by the explorer Sturt after one of his party Macleay who had red hair.
