A town about 3 km N by E of Yanderra and about 6 km SE of Buxton.
Meaning
Aboriginal for: cripple. (McCarthy; 1963).
Origin
Originally Barago - noted by Caley & Macquarie. Various meanings given but most favoured is that it means Place of Cliffs.
