Council named the reserve during the Orange Blossom Festival in 1982.

A reserve on the corner of Moseley Street and Vickery Avenue Carlingford. It occupies Lot 303 of DP 615969 Lot 3 of DP 610489 and Lot 792 of DP 603870.
