A partly perennial stream rising on the northern slopes of Mount Houghton in Budawang Range. It flows generally NNE and WNW for about 2 miles into Sallee Creek.

After Bill ? Styles 1892. Camped in cave under Quiltys Mt. Said to be avoiding tax ? Overhang where giant slab formed by separation along a joint plane. Locale name in use. Jim Sturgiss.
