RS3 Essential Quest Order and Research Notes

After coming back to Runescape after leaving the account for many, many years. I have maxed skills well 99s anyway, but am still missing many quests. Here is my quest log so far. Im missing a lot of the major ones, still probably hundreds of hours worth of questing, so which order should i do them all in? Do i just follow the quest cape guide, or the completionest cape guide or proiritise the unlocks first.

I have found a few resources that mention this, but everytime i read something there is another opinion. I have even added a quest list in order, even though its missing a few quests now i think. 

Also while doing the quests i try and keep video logs and guides on how to complete them, as i find doing the quests is actually really not fun, but making content from them seems a bit more interesting. Even if the content is not amazing, at least its not just a waste of time. 

High Priority or Advised Quests

These are ones that have major game changing effects or items.
